Diagnostics

In-home testing to find out what is going on, without a stressful trip to the clinic.

About this service

Answers without a trip to the clinic

When something is not quite right, our in-home diagnostic visits help us find out why. We combine a thorough examination with the right testing to build a clearer picture of your pet’s health.

Testing can include comprehensive blood and urine testing, blood pressure monitoring and point-of-care ultrasound, all carried out calmly in your pet’s own home.

What happens

What to expect during your visit

  1. A detailed history. We ask about your pet's symptoms, routine, diet, medications and any recent changes.

  2. A full physical examination. We examine your pet thoroughly and identify areas that need a closer look.

  3. Sample collection and testing. Where needed we collect blood or urine, check blood pressure, and use point-of-care ultrasound to assess certain areas.

  4. Results and a plan. We talk through the findings, recommended tests and next steps with you.
