Living with a long-term condition takes steady, ongoing care. We monitor your pet’s health over time, manage symptoms, review medications and keep them comfortable.
We work alongside your regular vet or specialist where hospital-based testing or treatment is needed, to ensure continuity of care.
Pets with ongoing conditions that need regular monitoring
Senior pets managing more than one health concern
Pets with kidney, thyroid, heart, diabetes, arthritis, cognitive or other chronic illness
Pets who find clinic visits stressful or difficult
Owners who want support between larger veterinary or specialist appointments
If any of these sound familiar, it is worth getting in touch.
Not sure whether it is worth a visit? Call us on 0401 682 015 and we will talk it through.
We review how things are at home. We check in on appetite, drinking, mobility, behaviour and any new symptoms.
A full examination. We examine your pet and assess any areas of concern.
Monitoring at home. Where appropriate we carry out blood testing, urine testing or blood pressure monitoring during the visit.
Medication and plan review. We review current medications, explain results and plans clearly, and guide you on the next step if hospital-based care is needed.
Many routine monitoring tests can be done at home, reducing repeat clinic visits
